We all must decide how to navigate in life. Every step we take must be in a direction, and trying to decipher how to best care for your individual needs can be daunting. My work with clients aims to gain an understanding of where they are coming from, and help them to achieve their nutritional, and lifestyle goals.

I have extensive experience in making nutrient dense cooking accessible, regardless of skill level or previous knowledge about food or cooking. After graduating from The International Culinary Center in 2014 with a Professional French Culinary Degree with a Farm-to-Table speciality, I began cooking professionally in Berkeley, Oakland, Santa Cruz and Los Angeles. From working in rustic Italian restaurants to ramen shops, my knowledge is varied and extensive. Through my 10 years as a professional chef, kitchen manager, and line cook, I have gained I have a deep passion for sharing my knowledge and techniques so that you can feel confident in preparing simple, balanced, and delicious meals from high quality local ingredients.


This passion for connection and food has led me to nutrition as a way to heal the body and mind through healthy practices, and finding techniques to care for yourself to alleviate ailments such as fatigue, acid reflux, headaches, malabsorbtion, rashes, bloating, discomfort, nutrient deficiencies, and more.
